The Saratoga Springs Rotary Education Foundation presented four local leaders with Community Service Awards at its annual fundraising brunch Sunday, October 19, at the City Center.

The four honorees were Lewis and Pat Titterton of Saratoga Sponsor-A-Scholar; local community volunteer leader, Heather Mabee; and former Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce president, Joseph Dalton. All four honorees have been active and integral members in supporting various community organizations.

The funds raised through the brunch help build the foundation’s endowment enabling it to provide the Saratoga Springs Rotary Club with more than $45,000 annually in scholarships for college and post-secondary vocational education to students attending Saratoga Springs High School, Saratoga Central Catholic High School, and the Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs.

The catering services for the 200+ guests at the brunch were donated by Longfellow’s restaurant, with numerous area businesses and individuals providing products and services for the silent auction.
