Three community leaders with distinct avenues of community service will be honored by the Saratoga Springs Rotary Education Foundation at its annual fundraising brunch on Sunday, October 4, 2015 at Saratoga Springs City Center.
This year’s honorees are:
- Philip Klein, assistant vice president of insurance at The Adirondack Trust Company, a past member of the Saratoga Springs Planning Board, a former Saratoga County Supervisor, and community volunteer through numerous organizations
- The Reverend John (Jay) Ekman, who was the pastor of Presbyterian-New England Congregational Church for 40 years prior to his retirement in 2013
- Judy Ekman, retired executive director of The Prevention Council, where she worked from 1979 to 2009
