The Saratoga Springs Rotary Education Foundation awards $85,000 each year through a
variety of scholarships. The value of the individual scholarships ranges from $2,500 to $20,000.

APPLY ONLINE
Applying online will allow you to submit your scholarship application
online and upload the required documents for review by our selection
committee. You will be notified after all required documents have been
submitted if you are selected for an in-person interview.
To be eligible, students must:
- Be a high school senior living within the Saratoga Springs City School District; OR
- Be a high school senior graduating from any private or public high school within the geographical boundaries of the Saratoga Springs City School District, or a person who lives within the school district who is completing a high school equivalency credential; AND
- Plan to pursue a degree at an accredited 2- or 4-year college or post-secondary vocational educational institution
Applications are evaluated based on a combination of the following criteria:
- Financial Need
- Community service
- Extracurricular and work activities
- Academic record
Here’s the timeline:
- February 1 — Application process opens
- April 1 — All applications must be uploaded. Deadline extended due to FAFSA delays.
- April/May— Finalists will be invited to a personal interview with the Scholarship Committee
- June — Scholarship recipients are invited to attend the awards dinner held at Skidmore College where scholarship awards will be announced
